Nigel has been selling residential and commercial property both in London and here in Auckland for thirty years. He has sold around 900 properties up until 2010. He lives in Epsom and has lived and sells in Royal Oak, Epsom, One Tree Hill, Onehunga and the surrounding suburbs, and has done so for the past 16 years. He has qualified as a AREINZ member and Licensed Agent under REAA 2008.

Also successfully selling properties outside the central area, namely North Shore and Manukau Cities, proving marketing and skill are the keys to selling property, not just location.

He is based at LJ Hooker Head Office at Royal Oak and was part of the sales team there for 8 years from 1997. He has gained several awards during his time including membership of the Captains Club with LJ Hooker and a Hall of Fame award with Remax real estate where he worked for 6 years.
